Payment and cancellation conditions for concert: There are special payment and cancellation conditions for the concerts listed above. Payment will be cleared immediately after we receive your order. We will then send you a reservation number by e-mail and make the ticket(s) ready for you to collect at the reception of your hotel in Prague or optionally in our office in the centre of Prague. Orders cannot be cancelled.
Upon request, we will send the tickets by registered mail to your address on your own risk. In such case, please indicate „BY MAIL“ in the „Notes“ field in the order form. DC Service shall not be held liable for any damage or loss of the tickets caused during mail delivery.
